Pros

They give you a lunch hour.

Cons

Tons...management changes are constant, sales turnover is done on a monthly basis, they are light years behind their competition, and most old customers have dropped the product and gone with a competitor. Stay away from here, if you want a 3-5 year gig for your next job. Then again, if you want a 3-5 month gig, then this is the ideal place.

Pros

It’s genuinely rewarding to see huge improvements from a team, company, and product perspective. I would describe Contract Logix as being a dynamic and resourceful company. Over the past year or so, the company has made huge strides in improving the overall office culture. While it hasn’t been easy, it’s been great to see the positive changes in the employee’s moral and in their passion for the company. I can honestly say that I’m excited to be part of the future of what this company has to offer. I also really appreciate the positive changes and influences of the leadership team over the past year. They really are making a difference while making the business fun and interesting again. And, the new product is fantastic! In my opinion, it’s going to really make a difference for our customers and to improve their overall user experience with our products. Can't wait to see what's next!

Cons

While the company is working hard to improve communication, it’s been difficult to achieve complete success. It’s going to take contributions from everyone to reach this goal.

Thanks for taking the time to write these encouraging words. As you pointed out, improving communication has been one of our biggest challenges. We just wrapped up our Q2 quarterly business review last week with the whole team where we received good interaction in each session. Still a lot of work to do but we are making progress. We also have some new lunch and learns queued up as well as a series on our Guiding Principles. Please keep pushing us to get better. Thank you for being here.

The office is clean, most often.

Cons

Way, way wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy behind their competition, constant employer turnover, all new management, and it is a very unstable place to work.
