Pros

You have a job. That’s it.

Cons

-Ever since WUBS was bought by Convera, they took away merit based commission that was tied to your book. This was the bread and butter for all dealers and compensated for the crappy base. Instead said they reward “meritocracy”, where they increased targets ridiculously, took away food accounts and tied the commissions to the base (which was already bad to start with). -The management is horrible at any communication. They will change bank account details without notice for clients and update in their internal website called “Convo” instead of letting people know ahead of time. -There is no clear goal for the organization other than trying to reach 1 billion in revenue. - The CEO is inexperienced, this is his first CEO position and he thinks that Convera is a well recognized name like Amazon. - The over work you and do not give you any raises or promotions. - The turnover rate for employees is extremely high. The morale of the workplace sucks and everyone is unhappy with the changes. -You get blamed for customer complaints about system and acquisition related updates.
