      Leadership change in past six months has brought a lot of changes with lack of communication and care for the team; monthly travel has gotten to be too much for me.

      Freedom of accounts, lots of work/life balance. Initial profit sharing in the first year

      Management that doesn’t have any clear direction for the company. Pointless company calls where folks who have been with Converge since inception go through the motions. There’s ZERO team atmosphere and you better watch your back. Everybody is catty and moody and it’s digressive. Indicative of why competitors with less backing win business
