Pros
The headquarters located in beautiful Downtown Fort Lauderdale seem taken out of a magazine: they are very modern, attention to detail, stand up desks, really they spared no money before moving in. Salaries are also good, healthcare "benefit" is lousy at best.
Cons
No time off in December, high turnover, "agile" environment while upper management track projects based on waterfall deadlines which make no sense. They are slowly replacing all local developers with offshore developers.
