    I worked at Coupang full-time

    Pros

You can actively suggest your own ideas to improve the quality of the services.

    Cons

There are many employees from oversea. It can be a burden if you do not speak English fluently.

I have been working at Coupang full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Incredible, talented coworkers who actually care about the business and team as a whole - politics present, but kept to a minimum level. -flexible working hours and free lunches!

    Cons

    - Evening meetings with Korea can make WLB tricky for some people -Improvements can be made about inter-team comms -Pay is slightly below standard for a tech company in Downtown Seattle, not too serious though since benefits are pretty generous - Growing pains! our team is still not big enough to cope with insane growth. -can't get to experience the exciting part in Korea(they don't operate in USA for ecommerce :( )

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Coupang full-time for more than 3 years

    Cons

Mediocre, dictator-style CEO who doesn't listen to his employees and reigns top-down. Strategy that changes together with CEO's moods. Working through interpreters for most of meetings as it turns out English is not popular in Korea
