      Good pay, no pressure, and remote work.

      Cons

      They're pro students. When a student gives you an unhelpful rating even tho you answered it right, you have no choice but to accept it.

      Great culture, fast speed and lots of innovation and collaboration across the board.

      Cons

      The business reliance on Google for traffic was heavy which later caused issues as ChatGPT and Google AI overview showed up.
