Working at a personal injury law firm is a demanding and rewarding opportunity. There is a critical need for punctual and accurate work, handling caseloads appropriately, having team coordination, and communicating with clients properly. When management determines someone is not able to perform to our standards, they are counseled and given opportunities to improve their performance, and if they cannot perform in their position, they may be subject to further action such as being let go. We invest considerable time and effort into training people for their positions and letting someone go means starting that process over with someone new which obviously would not be a good business practice. Our attorneys must also maintain the highest ethical standards or they would be subject to termination.
