Pros:- Good management ,cleanliness and you get cab faclities get you pays at time and sometimes early, Good for 12th passed candidates who have fluent english skills you get unlimited insentives ,the more you collect the more you earn

cons:- limited arear to show other skills other then collections , night shifts so you compromise your health and also get dearrached from social life, not good for graduates as they got more to contribute, collections do depend on the skills and also on luck if the conumer pays you or not so you get pressure from managers for completing the targets the even motivate you, they have many employes so they just judge you on the basis of collections however they dont pay attention how the employee is trying new ways or his/her effforts Employees are set on timers where i feel lunch and breaks should be of more duration , food quality can be increased and made night friendly do it is east to digest
