Pros
- Amazing individuals that you work with daily who push you out of your comfort zone. These folks are 110% smarter than me and I grow and learn from everyone every day. - A take no nonsense approach to work. Crisp doesn't allow half-ass, which makes me a better professional - Leadership and growth opportunities for the right people. Just because you've been employed at Crisp for a year does not make you a leader. Crisp doesn't dole out fake titles to make longer-term employees happy. These are earned by stepping up, making life easier, and being core value-driven. - Catered lunch. Ya girl likes to eat...and eat good. - Autonomy. Despite what others may have written, leadership typically stays out of my "lane" so to speak unless there are things I need help with and/or we are not hitting our metrics. No backseat drivers, in my opinion. - Learning Opportunities. I am encouraged to learn more to make myself better. Attend book clubs, go to seminars or conferences, etc.
Cons
- Long(er) Work Hours: Look, I'm not sugar-coating it, I work a lot. I can only speak for myself, and I prefer / don't mind being called a work-a-holic. I enjoy what I do, I'm 28 and believe that now is the time for me to bust my butt. But yes, the hours are long (er) because we have intense goals that we all want to hit. - Critical Feedback is not always a hoot to listen to / receive. Crisp believes in transparency and calling people out [professionally] when they are off track or not core values driven. This can rub people the wrong way, I wouldn't recommend Crisp, if so.
