1. Forcing employees to start coming to office post pandemic by creating unnecessary initiatives like hobbies group.
2. Company making sudden policy changes without considering employee benefits and requirements. e.g. last year company gave incentives however this year changed this policy without even informing employees.
3. Increment cycle changed - was not at all required and which was totally against employee satisfaction.
4. Not sure why probation period is 1 year in IT ?????
5. company simply ignores if any employee speaks facts abt human resource leader....
