All 4 customers unhappy or not installed fully, product not finished, emotional atmosphere-everyone cries all the time, senior leadership watched to make sure you come and go, frowned upon to take a dat off, Christmas party a joke, truly, a joke. Does anyone really still give .50 cent raises? seriously? No work life balance. Expectation is that you're part of something big-YES, making the company wealthy at your cost
