      - Scheduling was chaotic and unpredictable, making it nearly impossible to maintain personal stability. - Shifts were constantly changed or reassigned at the last minute, leaving no sense of reliability. - Availability expectations were vague and open-ended, creating constant stress and frustration. - Communication about changes was almost always last-minute, making life outside work extremely difficult. - The lack of structure crushed morale and made retention almost impossible.

      The employees and management are so helpful and kind. The hours are perfect for anyone who is also in school .

      I have no complaints about this company. It has been a blessing to work here.

      Pros

      We do not get paid weekly, and the schedule is flexible based on availability.

      Cons

      - There is absolutely no real support in this role, and it quickly becomes clear that management provides almost nothing once training is finished. - After training, you are essentially left completely on your own with no guidance or backup. - Expectations are extremely high, yet even a single mistake can cost you your job instantly! - It creates a constant state of pressure and fear where you are always walking on thin ice, with no room for error and no real support system to rely on.
