      Used to be a great company until last year but things changed after management change.

      Cons

      Totally changed from a family managed business to a owner focused business. Current CEO's experience has been running failed businesses for 15 years.

      Full time remote work, unlimited PTO, flexible work hours

      Cons

      Company does not hire enough personnel to conduct field on heavy-field-work projects, causing burnout quickly. Poor budgeting, scheduling and management on several projects.
