      Pros

      There is good salary and bonuses (management actually waived bonuses for 2020 to increase pool for staff). Great promotion and on the job training... especially to sales.

      Cons

      Its grown too quick and I think that's over covid. There are over 100 hires in the last year and it's harder and harder to build relationships.
