Pros
If you are fresh out of college and want to get some experience, then DXC may be worth your time.
Cons
Shrinking budgets, shrinking workforce, shrinling customer base, and management that does not care about the employees. CEO openly admits that they are no longer a company that gives merit pay increases, and there are also no cost of living increases. Promotions are also non-existent, despite the fact that the management has no problem dumping the increasingly unmanageable workload on the few employees that remain. Sales continually losees out on contracts because potential customers know that DXC lacks the people and money to support their services. All of these issues have created a dismal, morale-free environment.
