Pros

An outstanding team, very supportive and a ton of opportunity on the corporate side. Integrity is present on every level. Great work-life balance, remote-first, hard work gets thoroughly rewarded. High psychological safety, unlike many other toxic sales organizations. Most sales people have been with the company for 20+ years, which is a rarity.

Cons

The Franchises are all managed separately, so be aware that there might be great differences.
