      Expected me to share a room with a male coworker (I am female) that would have alternating shift - but the coworker could re-enter the room while I would be in there.

      Pros

      Lots of free time for yourself, your boss is far away.

      Cons

      High turnover, you're not guaranteed a job, at least while you're on probation, they can fire you at any moment, you can sit on the bench for a month, then they'll give you a week to work and fire you without warning.
