Being part of Decentralized Masters has been such an incredible experience. The mission is strong and the culture is top notch. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else

Not the ideal place to be if you are looking for a job where you can just do the bare minimum. Everyone here is too hard working for that kind of energy

when I think of a dream job, this checks basically all the boxes. Its the only group I have worked with that has a positive, encouraging, environment that doesn't disappear when your back is turned. The fulfillment is the real deal, I have invested in many crypto masterminds and no one has the goods like DM.

the only con I can think of is the hours. Due to the product line and who the ideal client is, I find myself working more evenings and some weekends than I would like, but its just because of the demand in the market right now, I can always cut back and choose better hours for me. I can't expect every single prospect to work only my hours
