- Heavy & lump sum incentives. No recognition of quality. Emphasis only on number of meetings set not on closures and good opportunities unearthed. Oh and did I mention the crude and selfish money laundering admin who cuts your paychecks?
- Hang around for 1-2 yrs to be an ADM. 1-2 yrs? Ha!! And ADM? Is like a team lead in a BPO asking to make more calls to the "team" for the peanuts they earn for it.
