Good mix of personalities but one thing I get is that there is a good level of humility here... no one is bigger than the team and the mission as a whole and overall people are willing to help. Overall the company has a strong focus on core product offerings and being the best at when they do

Small company, and a startup, which means that priorities can sometimes change quickly and people have to be able to negotiate that. Small personnel changes can have large effects on momentum in some areas. Not a huge issue, but it is there.
