Work Experience in Dexlab Analytics - Business Analyst DexLab Analytics Employee Review

Pros

The company culture is very open with young energy driving every operation we do. The company cherishes team work and we collaborate with each other on every aspect. This way everybody gets an equal opportunity to perform. There is also a mutual respect amongst the employees which makes the place welcoming to work in. They also respect the idea of work-life balance and help employees maintain the same.

Cons

Nothing within the company or management that comes to my mind, but I wish the office was a little closer to my place of residence.

Pros

- You are treated and dealt like an individual - You see an over all development happening in all aspects - personally and professionally - Learning is doing at DexLab Analytics. - You gain a very fast paced exposure of things i.e. in very less time you pick up a lot. - You will be looked after like family. Your needs and requirements are given a priority. - They are a bunch of doers rather than sayers. They believe in nothing is impossible mantra. - Have an idea or want to do something? Share with them and you will see them executing it with you. - You turn in to a mature professional over here and freshers get ample opportunities to make mistake and learn from. - The time and energy invested in hand holding and training is simply unbeatable compared to a start up or a larger corporation alike - It is all about contributing towards a mutual development of the organisation and their people - They believe in a smooth process when it comes to anything

Cons

- Well you got to work over the weekends without exception - It can be a really high pressure work environment - Sometimes you would feel that their is not enough breather in between work
