Cons

My experience with Dial Senior Living has been extremely disappointing, largely due to the toxic work culture that permeates the organization—especially at the corporate level. What should be a supportive and mission-driven environment is instead marked by a severe lack of accountability, blatant favoritism, and retaliation against those who speak up. One of the most troubling aspects is the absence of genuine support from corporate leadership. Rather than empowering communities and employees on the ground, decisions are often made behind closed doors with little transparency or regard for staff well-being. Concerns raised by employees are frequently ignored or dismissed, creating an environment where problems fester and grow larger with gossip rather than get resolved. Favoritism is rampant and retaliation is real at Dial. Speaking up about issues, even in a professional manner, can result in being sidelined, micromanaged, or pushed out altogether. When leadership prioritizes loyalty over integrity and ignores legitimate concerns, the whole organization suffers. If Dial Senior Living truly wants to live up to its mission, there needs to be a serious reckoning with its internal culture—starting with accountability at the corporate level. Until then, I would caution anyone considering employment here.
