The managers personally take care of their team members' workload and make sure everybody is being appreciated for their work and keep the team motivated. An amazing variety of accounts starting from bootstrapped start-ups to funded giants will help you go beyond your role to learn about the digital eco-system and hone skills. Founder & Senior management is very focussed and they know their game & goals very well. The clients and employees are equally valued so you'll always have someone backing you in your thick and thin. They emphasize work-life balance and having a life outside the job even for interns. I've witnessed the organization grow from 7 to 30 and everyone I got to work with was super supportive and almost felt like a second home. I got to work with some of the most prestigious clients in India and abroad, which helped me build good professional relationships. The organization has been arranging fun Fridays online during the lockdown and celebrating events and bdays. In the Pre-covid period, the office was super fun and free snacks and coffee every day by a dedicated chef was a pure delight.
