Pros

-incentives on a point system where you can get $5 gift cards/merch/pto/a venmo -paid holidays

Cons

- HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!!!! the company seriously suffers from lack of communication and you can imagine how many issues that causes… there have been so many times kiddos have been without therapy and rbts with out kiddos all because of their lack or incompetent communication. -super unprofessional management admin has repeated crossed boundaries, threatened retaliation, degraded employees and the owner frequently calls people off work hours instead of emailing them to talk about sensitive topics. -silly 5 dollar incentive for notes which they get a tax cut on for having. usually start at 20 an hour but if your note isnt done because of any reason you are paid 15/hr. Not to mention ive had to fight for times ive been docked incorrectly. -they pair you with clients you have never been with for coverage and sometimes BCBAs are not available to supervise so you’re left to your own devices -i cannot stress enough how unserious and unprofessional this company is -high turnover rate due to lack of structure and communication -if you get sent to school you are in a classroom for 6-8 hrs with the same client. the classrooms also tend to be the most brain numbing experience i used to really love working here but they have continually shown they do not care for their employees or the population the serve
