    Can be flexible, always something new to learn, company provided laptop, Dependent care FSA, corporate discounts

    Cons

    Very unhealthy hierarchical environment, where being liked or knowing someone personally is a better way to obtain higher raises than being skilled. Unreasonable expectation to produce to the detriment of a quality product. Primarily unspoken threat of anyone who wants to discuss wages, due to the widespread uneven pay scale across the department.
