Bonuses are not what they say they will be. When you collect more than you r goal bonuses are less with little no explanations of why. Policies are NOT gone over properly so that you understand, if they go over them at all. Then penalize you for for breaking policies you had no idea of. No one seems to know what the true policies are when asked you get no true answer or told I will find out later...but no one ever does. Hourly pay is not worth the headaches you will get working here and the bonuses are not any where close to what they say they will be or as graph shows in training class.
