Pros
free coffee and tea, erm really not much else to put here, suppose if you like to have very sporadic shifts, say you don't wanna see your family that much ..... that would be ok
Cons
Totalitarian attitude to breaks, poor shift pattern, petty team leaders, agency contacts are useless and very quick to get rid of whoever isn't a total bum kisser. Also make it a sackable offence to jerk off in the toilets, every toilet you go in has the sound of some scruffy perv self loving and the stench of shame!
