      Pros

      really relaxed atmosphere, friendly environment, great support, good pay and progression, plenty of prospects for those looking to further their career and one of the best jobs i have had for a while

      Cons

      only down side is the shift work on the site i work at, due to the phone lines being open till 8 pm

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
