      They are always pushing and helping to make sure you succeed. They work around family matters and understand life happens. They do not micromanage and always check in to make sure their employees are happy and satisfied.

      That the people coming in don't take their job seriously and don't appreciate the things the company offers and does for their employees

      Pros

      I feel the best part of working at ECS tuning is the variety of people you get to work with. There is so many departments ALL working together for one purpose! You can either make friends or just do your tasks by yourself- its up to you!
