Everything else. Expect to be overworked and underpaid while you watch only buddies of the CSuite get hired and high paying roles, even when they have no idea what they are doing. It seems like no one in management knows what they are doing. There is a direction for the company, but they won't tell you what it is. Everything is a big secret. This is a not a career, this is a stepping stone.
