      Pros

      The team at EPM, including all members of staff and the directors, have been incredibly welcoming and supportive. Starting a new role can feel daunting, especially when learning new systems and processes, but the environment here makes a huge difference. Everyone is approachable, patient, and genuinely willing to help. The training and guidance provided have made it easy to settle in and build confidence quickly.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn at the beginning, so it can feel a bit overwhelming until you get used to the systems and processes but it becomes much easier with support.

      Pros

      It's a big company but EPM does a great job of making you feel apart of the team and your voice is heard. From a Culture stand point - I believe EPM is unmatched. I wake up each day with a purpose and I get excited to work with our clients. From a client perspective - I think our origination process is also unmatched. From the efficiency, the communication and coordination aspect - our team is UNMATCHED.

      Cons

      Being a large company, we have to protect the longevity of the company. So our rates may not be the most aggressive and best price in town. I list this under cons because I have to put something. I am a believer in we do not sell rates, we sell opportunity. EPM has given me the resources to become CMA certified, so I am in a better position to educate buyers.
