I don't know because I left the job and chose to run away to live and restore a sense of security and confidence.

Cons

Everything. Complicated LMS. Expects you to learn everything in an instant. K.M. will speak to you as if you are not even worth living in this world.

Pros

Good pay , flexible work timings , work from home and peaceful

Cons

rigorous training and audits but no regrets on it and it made me become a 5 star rated teacher. Obviously teachers who try to get in without having any knowledge or have bad teaching style cannot survive here and then crib later like you would see in some reviews.

Pros

The pay is amazing as per Indian pay rate (7$/hr). Mostly night shift.

Cons

1. One significant drawback of the company is the communication style of the head, K.M. she exhibits arrogance and lacks the necessary interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with teachers. This issue has resulted in dissatisfaction among staff members and has even led to some leaving the company. 2. The company tends to overemphasize its position in the Edtech domain, leading to an inflated sense of pride. This mindset may create an atmosphere where the company fails to recognize areas for improvement and may disregard valuable insights from employees 3. Another concern within the company is the excessive focus on acquiring 5-star reviews. Even if a teacher receives 50 highly positive reviews and only one review with a slightly lower rating, the company immediately arranges a meeting which would be midnight in India to criticize and reprimand the teacher over a phone call.
