Pros

The only reason to work here as a temp is for dire need of funds. The clean work environment is pretty nice.

Cons

Absolutley no leadership or management skills had by the line leads or the production supervisors. It's as if they think they're leading a pack of dogs in the iditarod rather than trying to organize and manage 20 people in a line.

Pros

Safety conscious in theory, not in practice. Run at full-thottle to move required number of pallets. Compensation good, with a con. Benefits great, if you make it past probationary period. My damage ratio was practically zero, of which, I'm proud. I have seen forklift operators knock down a bay of 60 pallets, to be charged as damaged product. Of course, they're never seen again.

Cons

12 hour straight shifts. 4 days on, 4 days off. Every other month, because of their week ending schedule, your hours were split over 2 pay periods. Losing 8 hours overtime. That works out to alot of wages. Very upsetting. 2 10 minute breaks in a 12 hour shift. Gooble down a sandwich, and climb back onboard. Because everyone is individually graded, team concept was non-existant. 20 forklifts moving at full thottle. Many close calls.I began to give right of way, which affected my output, leading to my demise. I saw 20 faces come and go in the time I was there. They are constantly advertising for employees.
