Pros
Enjoyed working with a diverse group of people and experiencing many cultures.
Cons
In July, Eaton forced a hard requirement on employees to return to Eaton Center. In addition, they make senior leaders take attendance to ensure employees comply with the requirement. Eaton can provide an explanation for their reasoning. However, the message and tone was cold. They never considered psychological safety given the new Covid variants and the abrupt impact on people. Eaton hired a new CIO which is destroying the IT culture. The CIO lacks emotional intelligence, empathy, and has bullied employees in all hands meetings. If you’re looking for real flexibility and strong executive leadership, please question your decision to work at Eaton.
