Pros
You do learn.. it does have valuable skills but I think you tell yourself that so you don’t feel so bad for agreeing to work here. You could learn the same skill set my hustling lemonade at a stand outside of your house if you just had the determination to make it work... I was paid overtime without much fuss.. although not as much as deserved bc you have to clock out for about 1/2 of your time.
Cons
Base pay is minimum wage Expects 60-80 hours a week and many of those are unpaid team building or “if you really want to make money and grow faster” you will come type of thing. Saw them con someone into moving across the country to open a new branch to make 400 a week. Oh and to relocate you pay for that yourself and if you ask too many questions you are closed minded and “negging out”. Management told me that he had done more for me than my husband?! Cult like mentality In that if you disagree they bombard you with calls and other employees to buddy up with you and try to change your mind. Like has been said already this is products being sold at Sam’s club for 80% off but some of the things are equal in quality to that of wish products. Summary: Being paid 7.50 an hour to hustle products in Sam’s club and being told it is an “opportunity”. You get paid for travel, sure but travel means going to Mississippi Sam’s club for 14 days and paid same $7.50/hr for 50 hr work week and you have 0 days off. Not exactly what anyone means when they say “I like to travel” If your thoughts at any point don’t align with what they feel like you should be thinking they make you talk to other people in the company until you just agree.. Inadvertently uses methods of exhaustion to wear you down. Thinks they are not cult like or an MLM bc the person you are talking to is only in deeper and more manipulated than you. This is SMARTCIRCLE. Ask in interview. They will tell you it is but look them up before you agree to anything. Looong history of MLM and dishonest practices.
