Pros
-learning is a big part of how they function. You learn so many things about how the company operates, skills to utilize on the job, and are strongly encouraged to ask questions as you gain more knowledge. -The platform they've created is fantastic. As someone who was a teacher, I felt so great about helping other teachers learn about it, utilize it and make it better based on their feedback. -They are flexible, supportive and kind (supervisors and colleagues). -There is work-life balance built in to how they operate. Flexible time off and some ability to work from home when you have an appointment is ok.
Cons
-They know this but I only left because it wasn't a fit. I left teaching to join the Edtech world, and found in the end, that I'm a teacher who misses the classroom and children. There's lots of good about this place, and they will only continue to grow. I see a lot of potential and a lot of success in their future.
