"Moneytrap" for freshers!
9 May 2018 - Assistant Manager in MumbaiRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
1. Pay is decent. They offer 6.66 Per Annum CTC to freshers. Experienced gets a little higher. 2. First month will be fantastic because Target will be 1 admission. On 5 successful admissions you get a shopping voucher. 3. Locations are prime for all residents of Mumbai.(Nearby to railway stations) 4. Satisfies your urge to start with higher package
Cons
Well this list is crucial. 1. Managers are very rude, arrogant & self centered. They are the one who compromised on their future and chose to stay with a higher pay hence they are the older ones in the company. 2. Targets are hypothetical. They say 300 admissions a month by a team of 20 telecallers. 3. Lady managers are even worse than male managers! At least you can answer to a male but female managers!!! You are not even supposed to look at them when they are shouting. 4. Female managers take advantage of their gender and keeps insulting you in front of the office. Be aware that you can retaliate. There is the real game when they start panicking. 5. They keep posting fake positive reviews of EINS on Glassdoor. So do not ever believe in what is written nicely about this company.

Worst organisation ( same company as Jaro Education just a different name)
20 Sept 2014 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There are absolutely no pros. This is a call center job.. This is a different named company under Jaro education meant to sell distance education products of welingkar (pgdm which is not recognised for employement or higher studies)
Cons
1. Work timing from 10am to 8pm.. Monday to saturday. No leave on public holidays. No personal life. If you dont meet your target, you will be made to work on sundays. 2. Selling PGDM product which is NOT EQUIVALENT to MBA. But you have to lie to your customers saying it is MBA. When the customer finds your lie, expect court cases against you. 3. Hire and fire policy. Employees are abused using the F word (including females) openly. Any talk back and expect to be fired the next moment. No bathroom breaks. No personal calls. 4. Minimum 300 calls a day. Your hearing will get damaged. Calling all numbers which are registered under DND. Expect abuses from customers. 5. They hire only fresher MBA's so that they have no idea of the organization. This the main way in which they cheat poor MBA students and spoil their dream. 6. Cheating in salary.Even they promise 5.6 lakh per annum, they will only pay 20,000 per month.. rest they will withold.. Most of the employees resign within a year and they will not get the withheld money. 7. If you resign, no experience letter.. so its like you wasted time in the organization without any proof. 8. Expect court cases against you when the client finds out you cheated them. 9. Manager lies to you about the target which you need to get. This is because the higher clients you get, the manager gets more money but your salary is fixed. 10. Recording phone calls.. they record all your phone calls and they listen.. No privacy.
