A change in management or leadership might mean a total change in deliverables. Legacy staff (those that have been here for ages) may already have their own people that they enjoy working with and breaking in might feel like you're trying to join a high school cheer-leading team. Room for growth is limited Staff training is not the best Needless reliance of 3rd party contractors for some roles
