Pros

Great People, transparent targets, easy access to management (they don't sit in offices) Supportive environment and fun culture. Option for hybrid and flexible working. Commission paid the following month so don't have to wait for ages for it.

Cons

Pressured environment as its sales - as you need to hit targets/perform. Its not for everyone!

Uncapped potential earning all year round and great holiday opportunities if performance hits targets

Very data driven which is fine but felt some of the data points were pointless to hit for the sake of it as opposed to making use of time more efficiently

Pros

Couple of good and motivating people there. The canteen that has absolutely nothing to do with Energi.

Cons

Cheap computers, old and cheap desks and chairs - you're going back to the 80's here. No real support - too many meetings to fill the egos of managers and usual 'top dogs'. They say it's a hybrid working model but will give you a hard time about it, even when you have a valid reason to. Do not play their staff to their strengths. Hire and fire mentality - they will find someone some day who can fill 20 jobs in a day. No idea where their business is going, seemingly no strategy to improve this. Same people being praised and rewarded.

The systems we use aim to provide quality, efficient resources for all staff. Management and Strategy: We aim to recognise and reward contributions from all team members, not just those with the highest financial impact. We continuously review our strategies and welcome constructive feedback to enhance our operations. Regarding the job title mentioned, we have only ever employed three Senior Talent Consultants, all of whom are still part of our team. This discrepancy suggests there may be some confusion or error in the review? We regret that your experience did not reflect our values and efforts.
