Pros
The classes are pedagogically pretty spot on, and facilitate a very effective learning / teaching experience. The salary was very competitive and benefits / vacation were great.
Cons
It was becoming a bit corporate when I left, lots of new rules (clean desk rules), and classes that students loved were getting replaced by newer, more generalized topics.
