the company did some mistakes in the past hiring people coming from late stage projects who failed in their roles but now there is pure hustlers and they fixed the mistake moving to a more lean structure formed by experts on moving the needle by themselves

if you don't know how to move the needle by your own or you are looking for a project/team manager role, This company is not for you

Being an SDR is probably the most difficult job in any company. Luckily, all of my co-workers are very open and supportive which does mean a lot. Everyone communicates well and cares for each other which is essential in any organization, especially as an SDR

Not really a con but this is a small tech startup that has typical small tech startup challenges which is expected. Also since this is a fully remote company with employees split between EU and US, time zone differences are a minor inconvenience
