      Pros

      Great team ethic, everybody wants to genuinely help where they can. Flexible home working has been introduced which offers great balance. Plenty of career prospects for graduates / trainees who are unsure on what career they wish to take. Fair working, you get what you put into the role.

      Cons

      Support is somewhat limited at times being a smaller team

      Pros

      - Very kind and helpful employees as long as you remain teachable - Had someone to help us everyday we were in - Took us out for lunch - Listened to and clearly cared a lot about staff wellbeing

      Cons

      Slightly repetitive work (nature of the role) Not very future oriented, felt a bit stagnant like the employees were not really embracing change and were stuck in their ways.
