Pros
Nothing much for the pros side
Cons
Work life balance really sucks here. The managers always push you. They'll put you in impossible deadlines. There's no flexibility at all in this company. Micromanagement at its best. The managers also seem to don't have any technical knowledge, what they can do is only push you to meet their short deadline without considering the quality Stories are often not sprint-based, as long as you are empty with tasks, they'll get you a new story, which is not good because you won't get a chance to do improvements like refactoring, or increasing test coverage, let alone develop yourself Management is also very chaotic here I don't recommend this company at all for the sake of your good life.
