Things have become toxic; the team leads are not fulfilling their responsibilities, leaving everything to the juniors and the manager. The culture is getting worse.

Salary good but you will receive on 7th. No Growth unless you keep working on yourself. Your Hardworks will be ignored and mistakes will ge held.
