Pros

*Their philosophy is to hire fresh graduates only to save some cash so they'll hire anyone. (Although be careful since they'll take work from you like you're an industry pro) * They'll promote anyone and won't need any proof that he's actually good. This is a good opportunity to "look busy and do nothing" and kiss CTO's feet to get some quick promotions * They will pay you like anything. You can literally have a 200k job and do nothing all day

Cons

* A CTO that micromanages every aspect of your work even if your work has nothing to do with his line e.g. marketing * An HR that will always demand respect even in a casual scenario and will make your life hell if you talk to him in a small disrespectful way. * The CTO will judge you on things that aren't even in your JD, e.g. a software dev will be getting evaluated for this payraise on the basis of Photoshop... * Management listens to other people and is influenced very easily. E.g. They will not raise your pay even if you're in marketing if the lead AI dev convinced them that you didn't do any good.

Pros

Understanding and friendly employees overall. Team Leads are good and cooperative but are compelled in front of CTO.

Cons

CTO aka Bilal Majeed Khan who also happens to be one of the 3 co-founder is an absolute nightmare to work with. He has nothing better to do other than poke his nose in other people's work. He micromanages each and every employee. He is also very rude and an unprofessional person. He holds grudges on tiniest of things and gets employees fired. The other two founders Rashid and Qasim are absolutele gem and very cooperative and understanding (UK based). They should seriously look into Bilal's conduct as it has been highlighted by every employee. He has single handedly ruined the company with his pathetic products. Only thing he is good at is micromanagement and playing office politics. Never work here even for free. Also they hire mostly new employees as the experienced ones leave the company due to his unprofessional behavior. It's a one man show just like dictatorship. HR is just a puppet.
