Pros

Experience.com is an amazing place to grow and thrive. The leadership genuinely cares about employees, fostering a supportive and collaborative culture where everyone’s voice matters. There are plenty of opportunities to learn, advance, and make a real impact. Plus, work-life balance is truly valued, which makes all the difference. I’m grateful to be part of this team!

Cons

The company is growing fast, so things can change quickly. It’s an exciting environment, but it does mean you have to stay on your toes. Luckily, the leadership is always open to feedback, making it easier to adapt along the way.

Pros

There were some really talented people here. Many of which either left, got laid off in mass or were totally miserable in their job. Work life balance is good because no one actually cares what you do all day.

Cons

All the things other reviewers have said about the CEO and nepotism and people being put in high positions who are friends but totally incompetent- all true. The product is trash. It never works correctly and instead of fixing it all the ceo focuses on is building something new. I was asked to lie to customers more than once to try to cover up the serious issues with the product. During my time there I went through 3 managers. No structure. No one knows how to run a business. Another review I saw here said RUN and I agree. Don’t get entangled with this joke of a company.
