Very young and inexperienced Management and Engineers. Many are stuck in a position with no chance of advancement. Some are overworked 70-80hr/week, working over 300hr/year of OT leading to burnout! Meeting shipping dates seems to be more important then the Product Quality which is not as good as it could be. Ship it now, fix it later.

The management team is extremely engaging and supportive. Everyone there knows what to do, and the best way to do it.

Few people are "excited" to be at work. If you haven't been there for a long time, it's hard to have fun on the job.
