      Pros

      Great company to work for. They love to promote from within. They invest in the growth and training of staff. I feel heavily supported and trained by my Regional Manager and the President of the company makes frequent visits and is really funny.

      Cons

      Honestly I can’t even find one. I have to write 20 words soooo GO FDC thank you for everything you do for your employees.

      Company has a lot of potential.

      Cons

      In experienced Regional Property Manager running ramped over employees. Try’s to intimidate employees in the false belief that everyone is scared of them. Allows complacent employees to remain undeveloped which causes them the disbelief that they are doing a good job. First company that I ever worked at where the Regional actually lives on one of the properties that they manage, along with 98% of the employees that work there live on property as well. It’s a sad depressing atmosphere. I would not recommend.
