Supportive and collaborative work environment where colleagues from Kochi as well as from Germany are always willing to help. The culture is very open and there is no strict senior or junior structure, as the company follows a flat hierarchy. Work life balance is well maintained with flexible and understanding management.

You are expected to do your work and just that. There is no expectation to stay late, it is actually discouraged - maintaining work life balance. Overall, FDC is a great place to work. Great work culture, work-life balance, great mentors who will help you grow, FDC has everything you need to establish a successful career.
