Remote work is possibly the only pro I can think of when I worked for this company. I also did work with a diverse group of people which I VERY much appreciate. These will be the only 2 positives I can give this awful company.

Absolutely horrendous communication with management. They would act as if they did not have 3 minutes, literally 3 minutes to discuss serious issues with you. Degrading performance reviews, unrealistic expectations and disrespectful management. 5 weeks to "train" employees on 401ks? really? 401ks are incredibly complex and I found it ludicrous that we were given only 5 weeks of training on such a difficult type of work. $19 per hour to take nonstop incoming phone calls, many toxic was disrespectful pay at best. There is no ladder to climb here. You will live paycheck to paycheck your entire "career" working in the retirement plan division. Do not do this to yourself. I could go on and on. I have basically nothing positive to say about this company.
